Combination of  the very powerful practice of Kundalini kriya yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and Vinyasa for warming up the body.  The Kundalini practice focus on cultivating and moving energy through the physical and subtle bodies through repetitive movements.  It develops tremendous endurance and inner strength.  It is a style of Bhakti yoga or the yoga of devotion.  The classes are very healing.  They bring emotional balance and deep connection with the Divine.  If you are looking for meditative bliss try a Kundalini class.  Each class will also include Vinyasa style warmups to prepare the body creating more strength and flexibility, to experience the deeper kundalini yoga kriya practices.  Kriya means complete action and is usually a sequence of postures that do something specific for example there are kiryas for depression or for the liver or kidneys.  Some techniques are advanced, but classes are made accessible, and open to all who are willing to learn.
